Open from Easter weekend until the end of summer, our butterfly house is an adventurous step into the tropics.

With hundreds of colourful butterfly’s and beautiful tropical plants, there is always something new to see. Learn about the life cycle of this awesome insect or simply relax and enjoy a little bit of paradise, in the heart of Hanwell. You can walk right though the enclosure, with the butterflies flying free and feeding on fruits and nectar from all of the beautiful flowers.

We discourage touching, as their wings are very sensitive, but if you wear something bright enough, they might just land on you to say hello.
