Hanwell Zoo Bookings
Due to social distancing requirements we can only allow 100 people into the zoo at one time. If the time /date you want is not available please try an alternative. Please include under 3’s in the booking to allow us to remain within our visitor quota.
If you arrive at the zoo outside of your allocated time it will not be possible to transfer this to a different time slot. It will not be possible to refund any pre booked tickets.
All memberships will be extended by 90 days to take into account the closure of the zoo due to the Covid outbreak.
Memberships are now available to buy in the gift shop.
If you have lost your membership card please email, firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will try and retrieve your information within 72 hours and get back to you.
We open up slots on a monthly basis so please check back if next months slots aren’t available.
Select the date in the calendar on which you would like to visit Hanwell Zoo. Time slots are for 2,5 hours access to the zoo. Please arrive on time.
Members don’t need to book online.
There is no need to book an online slot but please bring your membership card. Membership cards are now available in the gift shop.
Please check the date and time of your tickets before purchasing and that you have entered the e mail address that you would like the confirmation e mail sent to. If the calendar shows 0/100 this means that there are no spaces available on that day. Please note we no longer accept cash payments in the gift shop.
